A full basement renovation project that looks like it could be on the first floor. Large window wells allowed us to let the sun shine into the basement creating the look and feel of main floor living.

The client wanted to maintain an open look and feel to the space so that the whole family and their guests could all mix regardless of activities. Whether shooting a game of billiards, playing cards at the game table, or watching a movie, this space allowed everyone to be together. The wine cellar ensures that the owner can select and share that special bottle with his special guests.
